Dez Breen has the honor of being student of the month for January, for Room 421, in our 5th grade classroom. Dez is a “go getter!” It doesn’t matter if she is in the classroom or on the basketball court, this young lady gives 110% effort in everything she does. I can always count on her to try to redirect folks when they aren’t making the best decisions, in a kind way. She is tiny and mighty, and doesn’t get discouraged when things are tough...it just motivates her even more to overcome challenges that stand in her way.
